A trip to my home waters.

A week ago I was just finishing up a week long trip down to Connecticut for my stepfathers 70th birthday celebration that my mother had organized, and some time at the family cottage that is close to their house. At times there was waaay too many people for my liking, so that is when I found myself in my kayak, or taking a walk around the island where the cottage is, or re exploring the small patch of woods that fortunately still exist behind my parents house.
